All work is diagnostics-led. No speculative repairs. Equipment is assessed first, quoted second, repaired third. System commissioning follows the same process: specification review, site survey, installation proposal, implementation.
Cowley Road Studios maintains an operational repair bench and field deployment kit covering Oxford and surrounding areas. All technical staff are experienced sound engineers with venue and touring backgrounds. Work is specification-driven, not product-driven. Recommendations are based on operational requirements, not vendor partnerships.
